Card #2 A Pearl of Thanks
Seaside Bay Bundle (part of the By The Bay Suite) does not disappoint when it comes to creating beautiful cards. Card idea #2 using the Seaside Bay Bundle has such a warm beachy feeling relaying the importance of the message being sent.
I used minimal colors and let the colors of the paper do the work for me. The card base and small tag are Sahara Sand. The large tag is Basic White embossed with the Timeworn Type embossing folder. All other paper is By The Bay DSP. I lightly colored the inside of the oyster with the Coastal Cabana Water Colored Pencil and blended the color smooth using Wink Of Stella to add a little shimmer at the same time. I finished the card by adding a Flat Back Adhesive Pearl to the center of the oyster.
Don’t forget to decorate the envelope! The envelope is where the joy of receiving snail mail begins.
I finished my envelope by adding a piece of coordinating paper to the envelope flap and stamped a small oyster on sand in the lower left front corner.
