Hello Fragrant Flowers
March is almost here and living in the Midwest this is the time of year I start craving the warmth. I want to feel he sun on my face and smell the Fragrant Flowers as they bloom in all their beauty. This card represents my wish for the flora to flourish and bring color back to my drab, muddy, white world.
This clean and simple card was created using the Fragrant Flowers Bundle, found in the current Mini Catalog, and the free Favored Flowers DSP, found in the SALE-a-bration Catalog.
Notice that the Flowers are cut off on the side and bottom edges? This flower was an edge piece on the DSP. I have found that most people disregard end pieces as usable, but when used and placed properly, every die cuttable piece of the DSP can be used.
Inside I just added a strip of DSP at the bottom of the mat and a die cut flower centered on left edge of the strip.

I repeated my die cut edge technique on the envelope as well by adhering a another edge flower along the bottom left edge. Then I decorated the flap with matching DSP.
