Stamping

Stamp the large balloon in Lost Lagoon and the medium balloon in Lemon Lime Twist from the Beautiful Balloon set on Basic White scrap.
Stamp the large balloon in the upper left corner of the interior mat in Lemon Lime Twist.
Stamp the exterior sentiments from the Beautiful Balloon Stamp Set in the lower left corner of the small Basic White mat in Lost Lagoon ink. Stamp the interior sentiment 1/3rd of the way down from the top and centered on the interior Basic White mat. (This means you will be stamping over the balloon, so don’t fret.)

Die Cut

Position and secure the coordinating dies to the stamped balloon images stamped on the Basic White scrap. Run through SCEM.
Secure the smallest balloon die to a piece of Bright & Beautiful DSP scrap. Run through SCEM.

Build the Card

Adhere the DSP #1 to the top 1/2 of the large Lost Lagoon mat.
Adhere DSP #2 to the medium Lost Lagoon mat.
Adhere the medium compiled Lost Lagoon mat to the bottom of the large Lost Lagoon mat making sure the bottom and side edges line up. (This mat will overlap DSP #1.)
Adhere the small Basic White sentiment mat to the small Lost Lagoon mat. Adhere to the Lost Lagoon mat to the small Lemon Lime Twist mat.
Add dimensionals to the back of the small compiled mat, center on large mat and adhere.
Dry fit the balloons with the 2 large balloons hanging over the edge of the sentiment mat. Add dimensionals to balloons where needed, apply liquid glue to the rest rest of the balloon and adhere from largest to smallest.
Cut 4 – 5″pieces of the Parakeet Party Bakers Twine from the 2022 – 2024 In Color Pack.
Tie a knot at one end of 3 pieces of string.
Ball up a glue dot and add it to the back of the knots and adhere the each knot to a balloon.
Straighten out the balloon strings, gather them together, then tie them in a bunch with the remaining piece of string.
lay the tied bunch flat, centered in the white space next to the sentiment. Pull each string up independently until satisfied with the look/layout of the balloon strings.
Ball up a glue dot a adhere to the back of the knot and adhere to the Basic White mat.
Trim balloon string ends.
Color 1 large Pearl Basic Jewel with the dark Lost Lagoon Blends. Color 1 medium and 1 small Basic Pearl Jewel with the dark Lemon Lime Blends.
Place each pearl on the balloon matching it size, large on large, medium on medium, and small on small.

Build the Inside

Adhere interior mat to card base.

Don't forget to decorate the envelope!

The envelope is the where the excitement of receiving
snail mail begins.

To decorate this envelop I simply stamped 3 balloons of various sizes in the front lower left corner of the envelope.

Other ways to decorate an envelope include:

Add a piece of DSP to the Flap of the envelope.
Dry emboss the envelope flap.
Stamped the envelope flap, front lower left corner, or across the bottom.
Adhere DSP along the front left edge and/or across the bottom.
Die Cut a label out of DSP large enough to adhere a mailing label of the addressee on it and still see the design of the DSP peaking out around the edges of the mailing label.
